This is a quick and easy stir fry that I like to make for my family,they love it with white rice(Jasmine)When I make it for the family,I add crushed red pepper flakes and sometimes thinly sliced carrots and red pepper strips for color.
1In a small bowl, combine flour,cornstarch broth, and soy sauce. Stir until everything is dissolved.Set aside
In a large skillet or wok over high heat,add oil and cook and stir beef 2 to 4 minutes, or until browned. Add vegetables,cook and stir 3-4 minutes.Add broth mixture, Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Taste for seasoning,may not need salt as the broth & soy sauce are usually salty enough.Add pepper.
