This is a quick and easy stir fry that I like to make for my family,they love it with white rice(Jasmine)When I make it for the family,I add crushed red pepper flakes and sometimes thinly sliced carrots and red pepper strips for color.

Ingredients
- - 2 tablespoons flour
- - 2 tablespoons corn starch
- - 10.5 oz can beef broth
- - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- - 1 1/2 lb boneless round steak or flap meat,cut into bites size pieces
- - 4 c broccoli flowerets,cut into small pieces
- - 1 c thinly sliced carrots
- - 1 c thinly sliced red bell pepper strips
- - 1 c onions,thinly sliced
- - 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger,minced
- - 2 cloves garlic,minced
- - black pepper to taste

Step 1In a small bowl, combine flour,cornstarch broth, and soy sauce. Stir until everything is dissolved.Set aside In a large skillet or wok over high heat,add oil and cook and stir beef 2 to 4 minutes, or until browned. Add vegetables,cook and stir 3-4 minutes.Add broth mixture, Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Taste for seasoning,may not need salt as the broth & soy sauce are usually salty enough.Add pepper.
