Ingredients For broccoli beef squares
- CRUST

2 call purpose baking mix
-
1 ccold water
-
1/2 cshredded cheese
- FILLING
-
1-1/2 lbground beef
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
2 cmushrooms, fresh (chopped coarsely)

2 - 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 boxbroccoli, frozen
- TOPPING
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated

4 mdeggs
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 dashpepper
How To Make broccoli beef squares

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2Spray 9 X 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray

3Grate 3 cups of cheddar cheese and thaw 1 pkg of frozen broccoli

4Mix crust ingredients together and pat into baking dish and up the sides about 1/4"

5Brown ground beef then add rest of ingredients for filling

6Pour beef and cheese mixture over crust and even out with a spatula

7Sprinkle frozen broccoli evenly over top of beef mixture
-
8Beat together topping ingredients and pour over beef mixture
-
9Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until edges are golden brown

10Cut into squares and serve. Great leftover and easy to freeze
