Ingredients
- - 2 to 3 lb. brisket, seasoned salt or salt and pepper to taste
- - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- - 8 oz. can water
- - 1 green pepper, quartered
- - 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
- - 2 to 3 stalks celery, halved
- - 1 medium onion, cut in half
How To Make brisket with vegetable gravy

Step 1Season meat. Place in roasting pan.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for about 3 hours.

Step 3When done, remove all vegetables, mash,(preferably in blender) and blend with juices.

Step 4Heat and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
