Ingredients For brisket with vegetable gravy

  • 2 to 3 lb. brisket, seasoned salt or salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. can water
  • 1 green pepper, quartered
  • 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, halved
  • 1 medium onion, cut in half

How To Make brisket with vegetable gravy

    Season meat. Place in roasting pan.

    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for about 3 hours.

    When done, remove all vegetables, mash,(preferably in blender) and blend with juices.

    Heat and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
