Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread, diced
- 12 ounces beer, allow to go flat
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - onion, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make brewery meatballs

Step 1Soak bread in beer. Combine ground beef with cheese, salt, pepper, onion, butter, beef broth, hot sauce, and worcestershire sauce.

Step 2Mix well and form into small meatballs. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.

Step 3Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
