white bread, diced
12 oz
beer, allow to go flat
1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1
onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp
butter
1/4 c
beef broth
1 tsp
louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce

How to Make Brewery Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Soak bread in beer. Combine ground beef with cheese, salt, pepper, onion, butter, beef broth, hot sauce, and worcestershire sauce.
  • 2Mix well and form into small meatballs. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
  • 3Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
