Ingredients

  • 1 - roast
  • - potatoes, quartered
  • - carrots, sliced
  • - bell pepper, sliced
  • - onions, sliced
  • - onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

How To Make roast

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees F
  • Step 2
    Line a 9 X 13 X 2-inch pan with foil
  • Step 3
    Put roast in pan with vegetables all around
  • Step 4
    Pour cream of mushroom soup, water, onions, soup mix
  • Step 5
    Add salt and black pepper to desired likness
  • Step 6
    Wrap with foil
  • Step 7
    Bake at 200 degrees F for 6 - 8 hours
