Ingredients
- 1 - roast
- - potatoes, quartered
- - carrots, sliced
- - bell pepper, sliced
- - onions, sliced
- - onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
How To Make roast

Step 1Preheat oven to 200 degrees F

Step 2Line a 9 X 13 X 2-inch pan with foil

Step 3Put roast in pan with vegetables all around

Step 4Pour cream of mushroom soup, water, onions, soup mix

Step 5Add salt and black pepper to desired likness

Step 6Wrap with foil

Step 7Bake at 200 degrees F for 6 - 8 hours
