Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 4
    slices of bacon, cooked
  • 2 c
    shredded potatos
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 4
    large eggs
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Breakfast Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray
  2. Layer shredded potatos, then cheese. top with cooked sausage, then onion, layer bacon across top.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, and salt and pepper together and pour over dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes or till knife comes out clean
