- 1 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 4 - slices of bacon, cooked
- 2 cups shredded potatos
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup milk
- 4 - large eggs
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray

Step 2Layer shredded potatos, then cheese. top with cooked sausage, then onion, layer bacon across top.

Step 3Mix eggs, milk, and salt and pepper together and pour over dish. Bake for 45 minutes or till knife comes out clean
