Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced round steak cut into 3in peices
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 bunch italian parsley
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make breaded steak

Step 1cut steak into 3 inch peices

Step 2Add diced parsley and Cheese to bread crumbs and mix

Step 3whisk eggs in a shallow plate season with salt and pepper

Step 4dip steak into egg mixture and then into bread crumb mix.

Step 5heat pan on med/ high add Olive oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side repeat till all meat is cooked. serve with sliced fried potatoes.
