Had this for dinner tonight! My hubby is German and I am Irish! We love Sausage and Kruat (cabbage) YUMMY!!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 - polish sausage rings
  • 2 - 3 jars sauerkraut

How To Make brandy's polish sausage and sauerkraut

  • Step 1
    Slice the polish sausage into coins about 1 1/2 inch thick.
  • Step 2
    Open the sauerkruat and dump it into a pan with the sausage, fry them up until slightly brown and heated throughout.
  • Step 3
    Serve with Au Gratin potatoes (also pictured) and Enjoy!
