Super easy and has lots of leftovers for sandwiches. Reseve the siquid to thicken to make a sauce. I buy a trimmed Brisket and place fat side up.

Ingredients
- 1 - beef brisket 5 pounds
- 1 jar - chili sauce heinz
- 1 - onion soup mix packet ( lipton)
- 1 can - coca-cola
How To Make brandy's coke brisket

Step 1Season meat with Salt/pepper and garlic. Place in roaster and mix coke and chili sauce together. Rub the onion soup over the meat. Pour coke mixture over meat. Place foil over the meat to seal tightly. Bake low and slow 30 min. per pound at 325.
