brandy's beef fried rice

I love chinese food! I came up with this for dinner tonight.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white minute rice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans peas and carrots
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make brandy's beef fried rice

  • Step 1
    Brown the ground beef, drain fat out of pan and set aside. Make the white rice using the directions on the box.
  • Step 2
    Place beef bouillon cubes in 1 cup of water and let dissolve. Meanwhile, mince the garlic cloves into tiny pieces. Scramble up the eggs and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Put rice into a skillet and add the soy sauce. Stiring constantly so rice won't burn. Add the beef bouillon, minced garlic, salt and ground black pepper. Cook until most of the liquid is evaporated.
  • Step 4
    Add the ground beef, scrambled eggs, peas & carrots. Mix well. Enjoy!
