This is an old Italian recipe. I made it for the firsttime for my husband last August. He continued to tell me how awesome it was for days...The recipe does not have exact measurements...that us how we cook majority of the time.

Ingredients For bracciole
-
round steak (2 to 3 pounds..give or take)
-
bread crumbs
-
salt
-
pepper
-
garic
-
basil
-
olive oil
-
parmesan cheese
-
heavy string (such as one used to tie a turkey up when stuffing)
How To Make bracciole

1Remove fat.

2Put bread crumbs on top of steak.

3Sprinkle salt, pepper, little bit garlic cut up on top of bread crumbs.

4Sprinkle basil and parmesan cheese.

5Drizzle a little oil on top.

6Pat it down with hands.

7Roll it up tight. Keep filling from falling out.

8Tie tight with string. I tied it in several spots.

9Place in skillet. Fry until brown

10If you have homemade sauce handy...add meat to it. It gives it a great flavor!!
