How to Make Bracciole
- Remove fat.
- Put bread crumbs on top of steak.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, little bit garlic cut up on top of bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle basil and parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle a little oil on top.
- Pat it down with hands.
- Roll it up tight. Keep filling from falling out.
- Tie tight with string. I tied it in several spots.
- Place in skillet. Fry until brown
- If you have homemade sauce handy...add meat to it. It gives it a great flavor!!
