This is an old Italian recipe. I made it for the firsttime for my husband last August. He continued to tell me how awesome it was for days...The recipe does not have exact measurements...that us how we cook majority of the time.

Ingredients
- - round steak (2 to 3 pounds..give or take)
- - bread crumbs
- - salt
- - pepper
- - garic
- - basil
- - olive oil
- - parmesan cheese
- - heavy string (such as one used to tie a turkey up when stuffing)
How To Make bracciole

Step 1Remove fat.

Step 2Put bread crumbs on top of steak.

Step 3Sprinkle salt, pepper, little bit garlic cut up on top of bread crumbs.

Step 4Sprinkle basil and parmesan cheese.

Step 5Drizzle a little oil on top.

Step 6Pat it down with hands.

Step 7Roll it up tight. Keep filling from falling out.

Step 8Tie tight with string. I tied it in several spots.

Step 9Place in skillet. Fry until brown

Step 10If you have homemade sauce handy...add meat to it. It gives it a great flavor!!
