Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 2 large cans tomatoe sauce
- 1 can rotel
- salt & pepper
- 1 bag bowtie pasta
- 2 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- chopped green onions
- grated sharp cheddar & mozzarella cheese
How To Make bowtie delight

Step 1Brown ground chuck & drain. Add tomato sauce, Rotel, & salt & pepper to your taste. Boil bowtie pasta til done & drain.

Step 2To the pasta add the cottage cheese, sour cream, & green onions. Mix well & put about 1/2 of pasta in a 9x13 pan. At this point you can top with a little cheese. Top with meat sauce, then the rest of the pasta.

Step 3Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for at least 25 min til all the cheese is melted & it is hot throughout.
