Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 large cans tomatoe sauce
  • 1 can rotel
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 bag bowtie pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • chopped green onions
  • grated sharp cheddar & mozzarella cheese

How To Make bowtie delight

  • Step 1
    Brown ground chuck & drain. Add tomato sauce, Rotel, & salt & pepper to your taste. Boil bowtie pasta til done & drain.
  • Step 2
    To the pasta add the cottage cheese, sour cream, & green onions. Mix well & put about 1/2 of pasta in a 9x13 pan. At this point you can top with a little cheese. Top with meat sauce, then the rest of the pasta.
  • Step 3
    Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for at least 25 min til all the cheese is melted & it is hot throughout.
