Since we do a lot of grilling during the summer months, we like to change things up now and then.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - small onion, diced
  • 4 - steaks if choice

How To Make bourbon steak

  • Step 1
    Mix marinade ingredients. Pierce the meat about 20 times per side, making sure not to cut through.
  • Step 2
    Marinate the meat covered at room temperature for 4 hours. Turning several times.
  • Step 3
    Grill to desired doneness while basting with the marinade.
