Since we do a lot of grilling during the summer months, we like to change things up now and then.

1/2 c
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
freshly cracked pepper
1 Tbsp
white vinegar
2 clove
garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
small onion, diced
steaks if choice

How to Make Bourbon Steak


  • 1Mix marinade ingredients. Pierce the meat about 20 times per side, making sure not to cut through.
  • 2Marinate the meat covered at room temperature for 4 hours. Turning several times.
  • 3Grill to desired doneness while basting with the marinade.
