Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - small onion, diced
- 4 - steaks if choice
How To Make bourbon steak

Step 1Mix marinade ingredients. Pierce the meat about 20 times per side, making sure not to cut through.

Step 2Marinate the meat covered at room temperature for 4 hours. Turning several times.

Step 3Grill to desired doneness while basting with the marinade.
