My mother-in-law, Bonnie Moe, has made this for my husband since he was a boy. I've gotten pretty good at it! Or so I think...

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 ounces processed cheese
  • 1 can corn, undrained
  • 3 - celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 pinch ketchup

How To Make bonnie's goulosh

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, brown beef with onion drain. Stir in tomato & cream of mushroom soups. Stir in squirt of ketchup.
  • Step 3
    Mix in Velveeta cheese (adjust to taste if needed), simmer until melted.
  • Step 4
    Stir in cooked macaroni and corn.
  • Step 5
    Mix in sliced celery.
  • Step 6
    Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step 7
    Heat through.
  • Step 8
    ENJOY!
