Ingredients
- 4 slices texas tost
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 lbs - ground buffalo. (can use ground chuck)
- 1/2 lbs - ground venison
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced button mushrooms
- 2 oz - sweet and hot mustard
- 1 - tomato sliced
- 2 - eggs
- - hot sauce to taste
- - a few lettus leaves
How To Make bobs ultamet burger.

Step 1In a large mixing bowl combine ground meat,mushrooms,and onions. with hands mix well. then form paddies

Step 2preheat grill. with a griddle on grill. cook bacon till almost cooked. remove from griddle.move griddle to one side. place paddies on grill cook for abought 10 min per side.

Step 3will meat is cooking . on the griddle cook 2 eggs till yoke is hard. grill texas tost,till warm

Step 4spread mustard on one slice of tost.put two slices of bacon. top with one cooked burger. top with 1 egg. put a dash of hot suce on egg.top with another burger.add 2 more slices of bacon. top with tomato,lettus,and pickles. put another slice of texas tost. cut in half. enjoy.
