Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2 - green onions with tops sliced
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef.... lean
- 1 jar (12oz) beef gravy
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 quart fresh mushrooms
How To Make blue plate beef patties

Step 1In a bowl,beat egg. stir in onions,bread crumbs,and mustard. Add beef & mix well. Shape into 4--1/2" thick patties.

Step 2In a medium ungreased skillet,cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink;drain. In a small bowl combine gravy,water & horseradish;add mushrooms. Pour over patties. Cook,uncovered,for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender & heated through.
