blue cheese steak and mushrooms over noodles
(2 RATINGS)
Rich and delicious. This recipe came from a friend, originally, and I couldn't resist adding mushroms to it. I serve this over pasta but it would also work with rice if you prefer.

How To Make blue cheese steak and mushrooms over noodles
-
Step 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions and cook until translucent. Then add meat. When steak is about half cooked add broth, mushrooms, and nutmeg. Continue to cook until meat is done. Stir in salt and pepper, Add blue cheese and cook just until it melts.

Step 2Remove from heat. Warm sour cream in the microwave. Stir into beef mixture and serve over pasta (I like wide country style noodles). Garnished with parsley, if desired.
