blue brussel sprout slaw & grilled sirloin bun
I won $150 worth of Kerrygold Cheese and Butter last week. With nearly 4 pounds of Cashel Blue Cheese to use up, I decided to make this. I hope you love it. GOSH, DARN...this was out of this world DELISH! Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds seasoned grilled sirloin steak, sliced
- 6 slices thick applewood bacon**cooked and cut in half**
- 1/2 cup spicy bbq sauce**homemade or your favorite..i added a lil' butter when warming**
- 4 - hawaiian bread buns, grilled
- BRUSSEL SPROUT SLAW
- 10 ounces fresh brussel sprouts, sliced thin
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 ounces blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons balsamic pomegrante vinegar
- 1 lg tablespoon roasted garlic, mashed
- - kosher salt and pepper to taste
How To Make blue brussel sprout slaw & grilled sirloin bun

Step 1in a mixing bowl, combine all the slaw ingredients except brussel sprouts and onions. mix well. fold in brussel sprouts and onions. chill for at leat 30 minutes

Step 2spread warm bbq sauce on both sides of grilled buns. assemble: bottom half of bun, steak slices, 3 pieces of bacon, slaw and top of bun. ENJOY!
