This is a twist on a recipe my sister use to cook, many years ago. I gave it the name Blond, because I use heavy cream in it. This is a 1 pot meal, fast and easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 jar(s)
    peppercini peppers with 1/2 liquid
  • 1/2
    shallots
  • 1/2 c
    bell peppers (chopped) use any color or all 3 (optional)
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • IN A SMALL CROCK POT, EMPTY PEPPER WITH LIQUID. SET ON HIGH

How to Make Blond Spicy Sloppy Joe for 2

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef, strain off fat.

    Add to Crock pot.
  2. Add finely chopped peppers & shallots to pot, and put lid on.

    GO TAKE A LONG HOT BATH....... GO SHOPPING,.....WATCH T.V. or Whatever : )
  3. Once at a rolling boil in crock pot.

    Add Flour to Heavy cream, stir well,
    Very slowly pour in Crock pot.

    It will thicken, turn off pot. ENJOY on you favorite bun or Roll.

    THIS EVEN TASTE GOOD ON PASTA : )
