Blackeyed Pea Casserole

1 1/2 lbground chuck

1small onion, chopped

1small bell pepperm, chopped

10 ozcan blackeyed peas

1 can(s)rotel tomatoes

1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1 pkgjiffy cornbread mix, blended as package directs
How to Make Blackeyed Pea Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute ground chuck with onion and green pepper. Drain grease and place in cassserole dish.
- Add peas and tomatoes. Mix well. Top with grated cheese. Pour prepared cornbread mix over top of all.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
