ground chuck

small onion, chopped

small bell pepperm, chopped
10 oz
can blackeyed peas
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes
1 c
grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg
jiffy cornbread mix, blended as package directs

How to Make Blackeyed Pea Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute ground chuck with onion and green pepper. Drain grease and place in cassserole dish.
  • 2Add peas and tomatoes. Mix well. Top with grated cheese. Pour prepared cornbread mix over top of all.
  • 3Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
