Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1 - small bell pepperm, chopped
- 10 ounces can blackeyed peas
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 package jiffy cornbread mix, blended as package directs
How To Make blackeyed pea casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute ground chuck with onion and green pepper. Drain grease and place in cassserole dish.

Step 2Add peas and tomatoes. Mix well. Top with grated cheese. Pour prepared cornbread mix over top of all.

Step 3Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
