Started making this recipe when i had to much cabbage from my garden and wanted to make something with ground beef i had that needed to be cooked it is wonderful. My daughter does not like cabbage but she liked this dish..
1Heat a wok or large skillet over medium - high heat
saute garlic in a little olive oil for about 3 minutes, add ground beef. Stir fry ground beef until brown add frozen bag or pepper stir fry or fresh peppers, stir fry for 5 minutes add shredded cabbage saute on med heat and stir for about 10 minutes..
2Stir in soy sauce, black pepper.. Mix cornstarch and water.. Add to stir fry cook, stirring until sauce thickens..
Serve with rice or alone with salad..
