Ingredients
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (17oz) refrigerated biscuits
How To Make biscuit and beef cups

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion in a medium skillet; drain, Stir in barbecue sauce and brown sugar; mix until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat.

Step 2Place one biscuit in each of 8 greased muffin cups, pressing the dough up the sides to the edge of the cup.

Step 3Spoon beef mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 12 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
