Ingredients
- PATTY
- 3/4 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 - chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- - s&p
- TOPPING
- 1-2 cup mushrooms
- - butter
- 4 - slices american chees
- - mozzarella cheese
- BUN
- 2 - pocketless pitas or lg flatbreads

Step 1Start by mixing your beef ingredients in a bowl. Make large ball, and put between wax paper to pound down into patty a little larger than flat bread

Step 2Get two pans heated to medieum high. Place burger in one, and butter and mushrooms in other. Cook burger 3-4 min per side, Mushrooms for about 5 min.

Step 3Top burger with american cheese, then mushrooms, then fresh mozzerella. Place in flatbreads, cover with tinfoil. Place center rack on 350 oven for ten min. Let rest for five minutes. Cut in four and enjoy.
