Ingredients For betty's easy bulgogi marinade

1/2 cup of coarsely grated pear (firm and not over ripe)

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2-3 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on how much sweetness you like)

1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, optional

700 - 900 g (1.5 - 2 pounds) of thinly sliced good quality beef or pork
How To Make betty's easy bulgogi marinade

1Mix altogether in medium - large glass or ceramic bowl. Add your meat, mix. Cover and pop in the fridge for 6 - 24 hours

2To cook: heat your BBQ or frying pan and cook the meat to your liking. Serve with rice, noodles salad, green salad or all three!
