Sweet, tangy and sticky. This Korean BBQ marinade is made from scratch with no long life "nasties" found in commercial brands. Great for kids and adults alike. Great addition for any summer gathering!

Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup of coarsely grated pear (firm and not over ripe)
- - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- - 1/3 cup soy sauce
- - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- - 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on how much sweetness you like)
- - 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, optional
- - 700 - 900 g (1.5 - 2 pounds) of thinly sliced good quality beef or pork

Step 1Mix altogether in medium - large glass or ceramic bowl. Add your meat, mix. Cover and pop in the fridge for 6 - 24 hours

Step 2To cook: heat your BBQ or frying pan and cook the meat to your liking. Serve with rice, noodles salad, green salad or all three!
