beth's skillet mix
(1 RATING)
This is a recipe I made up one time when I couldn’t think of anything else and didn’t have many ingredients. I used to prepare this for my kids when they were little and they ALWAYS seemed to really enjoy it! And now my daughter fixes it for her big strapping boys and they love it too! :) Serve it with a slaw or salad for a quick, easy meal.
