This is a recipe I made up one time when I couldn’t think of anything else and didn’t have many ingredients. I used to prepare this for my kids when they were little and they ALWAYS seemed to really enjoy it! And now my daughter fixes it for her big strapping boys and they love it too! :)

Serve it with a slaw or salad for a quick, easy meal.

How to Make Beth's Skillet Mix

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet, brown hamburger; drain all grease. (Best way is to run it under hot water to remove as much excess grease as you can.)

  3. Over high heat, bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and let cook 20 min. or until rice is cooked through.
