    pitcher of beer
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • ·
    salt, pepper, garlic, & celery salt
  • ·
    cornstarch for thickening

Step-by-Step

  1. SAUTE BEEF STEW MEAT IN MARGARINE
  2. SAUTE (SEPERATELY FROM BEEF) ONION IN MARGARINE
  3. COMBINE BEEF STEW AND ONION AND ADD BEER AND WATER TO COVER.
  4. ADD SALT ,PEPPER,GARLIC,CELERY SALT AND BAY LEAF
  5. ADD SUGAR & VINEGAR
  6. COOK UNTIL TENDER ,AND THICKEN WITH CORNSTARCH TO TASTE
