This meatloaf and fried potatoes with onions make up my husband's birthday dinner each year. It's one of his all time favorite meals.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make best meatloaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and place in a loaf pan. You can cook this in the loaf pan or unmold it onto a larger baking pan.

Step 2Mix all topping ingredients and put on meat loaf.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
