First you cut, or get your grocer to cut the steak into strips. Put about two tablespoons of oil into your skillet,and start cooking the steak, stirring enough to brown evenly and not burn. Meanwhile, cut your peppers into strips, also. And do the same with your oinion.When your steak is sbout completely done, add the peppers and onion and let cook til very tender.(Oh yes, when you're cooking the steak, it's really a good idea to add seasonings like pepper and either salt or Accent and/or meat tenderizer.) Now when everything is tender. The thing that really does it! take your hoagie buns and butter them inside and out put in your meat, top with the peppers and onions,and top with the swiss cheese, wrap up in tin foil, put in preheated oven on low temperature, just long enough to melt the cheese - and WAH-LA!
