best ever meatloaf
(1 RATING)
My very first dinner guests were my new in-laws, and that was forty-five years ago. My mother-in-law was a wonderful cook, so I was so very nervous. One of my wedding gifts was a Fannie Farmer cookbook, so I cracked it open and made a meatloaf that, to this day, has been requested so many times that I've lost count. I've experimented with other recipes, but I always come back to this one because I know at the end of the meal everyone will be raving all over again. And my mother-in-law started using MY recipe. Now THAT's a compliment!
