PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.

2 lb
ground beef
3/4 c
oatmeal
2
stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
marjoram
2
eggs, slightly beaten
onion, chopped
1 or 2
grated carrots
2 Tbsp
parsley, minced
1/2 tsp
thyme

SAUCE:

1/2 c
ketchup
2 Tbsp
brown mustard
1/3 c
brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp
nutmeg

How to Make Best Ever Meat Loaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside. Combine meat loaf ingredients with hands until evenly mixed. Work in half of hte sauce with the meat loaf. Place the meat loaf in a loaf pan and shape it. Pour the remaining sauce on top and bake for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink.
