Ingredients
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 2 - stalks celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- - onion, chopped
- 1 or 2 - grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1Prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside. Combine meat loaf ingredients with hands until evenly mixed. Work in half of hte sauce with the meat loaf. Place the meat loaf in a loaf pan and shape it. Pour the remaining sauce on top and bake for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink.
