My Husband says I make the best hamburgers he ever ate and there is one trick to make them that good. Follow recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 medium
    vadelia onion
  • 1 medium
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper

How to Make Best Ever Hamburgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together and make hamburger into patties, add salt and pepper to your taste. If hamburger is very lean add a little milk.
  2. Fry in skillet or grill outside on your favorite Grill, when you are finished, put them in your favorite buns with sliced tomatoes, onion,dill pickles and favorite cheese (I use American).
  3. Secret to the greatest burger ever, put finished burger in microwave for 20 - 30 seconds, eat and enjoy one of the best burgers you will ever make.
