I have always loved chili. It's my go to meal on a chilly evening. And reheated it's even better! Serve it with tortilla chips or over a baked potato!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes with jalapenos
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    chili powder
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1
    onion, chopped

How to Make Best Ever Easy Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground meat with peppers and onions.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Heat to almost boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Simmer over low heat 20 minutes.

    Serve over baked potato and garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
