This is SO easy and incredably delish!Just warm some crusty rolls,pile on,add some fresh slaw or picles if you like!making this on Monday for my married daughter's birthday,at her request,with my homemade macaroni salad.

    3 1/2 pound eye roast cut in half/vertically
  • 2 . tsp
    kosher salt
  • 2 clove
  • 1 can(s)
    10 ounce condensed beef broth
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    steak sauce
  • 1 tsp
    coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 12
    good kaiser rolls or sandwich buns/like pepperidge farms seeded buns
  • ·
    dill pickle slices or cole slaw/optional

How to Make Best Ever Crockpot BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES


  1. Season meat with salt and pepper to taste
  2. Brown in a little oil mixed with butter,for flavor
  3. Place in a crockpot
  4. Mix all listed ingrediants together in a bowl
  5. Pour over the meat,some under meat,some on top
  6. Cover and cook about 7 hours on HIGH.
  7. Remove meat and shred with 2 forks
  8. Serve on buns or rolls/warmed is best
  9. Top with pickles or slaw or both if desired.
