Blue Ribbon Recipe

An easy and delicious way to prepare a pot roast in the slow cooker. We were initially concerned the potatoes and carrots would be overdone. They weren't ... they were perfect so trust the process. The flavor between the savory onion soup mix with the tangy steak sauce is a great combination and the sliced mushrooms soak up all that flavor. This is the perfect meal for a busy day. No one will guess how easy it was to prepare.
