- 1 - envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 - envelope brown gravy mix
- 2 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup flour....divided

Step 1Pat roast with 1/4 cup of flour.(on both sides) Put in roaster. Mix dry soup,gravy mix 1/4 flour & water. Pour over roast Bake 350 degrees for 3-4 hours,COVERED.
