Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups hot water
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make bell pepper casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350.

Step 2Brown meat over medium heat in a large skillet; drain fat and crumble with fork.

Step 3Add bell pepper and onion to meat and stir to combine.

Step 4Add rest of ingredients**. Stir till well mixed. Pour into a 2-Quart baking dish with a lid. Cover and bake 1 hour.

Step 5** When adding the rest of the ingredients, I always put them in a bowl first & mix together before adding to the meat mixture.
