Bell Pepper Casserole

It's like a stuffed bell pepper without all that hassle!
Ingredients

1 lbground beef
-
1/3 cfinely chopped bell pepper
-
1/3 cfinely chopped onion
-
1/2 cuncooked rice
-
2 chot water
-
6 ozcan tomato paste
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
How to Make Bell Pepper Casserole
- Heat oven to 350.
- Brown meat over medium heat in a large skillet; drain fat and crumble with fork.
- Add bell pepper and onion to meat and stir to combine.
- Add rest of ingredients**. Stir till well mixed. Pour into a 2-Quart baking dish with a lid. Cover and bake 1 hour.
- ** When adding the rest of the ingredients, I always put them in a bowl first & mix together before adding to the meat mixture.
