Start with Good grade of Steak, and your 1/2 way there. The rest of this recipe is easy. Season, and pour your favorite Beer over, let set, COVERED, Refrigerate for 2 hrs or more before Grilling and Your into one Good Tender Tasty Steak. Great one For Hot Out Door weather.

Ingredients

  • STEAKS NEED MARINATING AT LEAST 2 HRS BEFOR GRILLING
  • 4 - (1/2 lb) ribeye steaks or steak of choice
  • 2 TBS - sea salt & coarse black pepper
  • 2 cans (12oz) beer, any good beer of your choice.
  • 2 TBS - optional: montreal steak seasoning ( grill mates by schilling) ( in your grocers spice isle)

How To Make beer steak grilled & seasoned by freda

  • Step 1
    Place Steaks in a large Shallow Container, with a lid. SEASON each side of each steak.
  • Step 2
    Gently pour Beer over steaks (NOTE: as not to wash off seaonings) Cover, Place in refer for 2 hrs or more.
  • Step 3
    Preheat Grill for High heat. Lightly OIL your Grates, Place steaks on grill. Discard Marinade. Cook for 5 min on each side or to Your Liking. (This cooking time makes for a medium rare steak.) Enjoy.
