beer pot roast
(1 RATING)
I got this recipe from a very dear friend/co-worker. She made it often and brought it to work. We always split the big deli onion rolls and made sandwiches! YUMMY! Whenever I make this, I cook potatos, carrots, and other veggies separately. But, I must admit, sometimes it's just the roast with lots of onion rolls!!!
