2 cbeef broth
-
1 can(s)beer, whatever kind you want (i get the cheapest!)

1 pkgdry onion soup mix (lipton is best)

2 tspsugar
-
1 tsporegano, dried
-
2 clovegarlic, chopped
-
14 to 5 pound rump roast
How to Make Beer Pot Roast
- Place the roast in a large slow cooker.
- Place all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour liquid over roast. Cook on low setting for 12 hours or until done.
- Serve with onion rolls for sopping up all that delicious juice.
