This is one the whole family loves with my Beer Bread! I love this one for the days I want to come home to dinner done! The meat falls apart and melts in your mouth!! You can also use a frozen roast right out of the freezer!! it works so well!!

Ingredients
- 1 large beef rump roast
- 1 medium onion, chopped into lg. chunks
- 6 medium carrot, sliced
- 3 large celery stalks chopped
- 6 large potatoes chopped into large chunks
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 can beer
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make beer pot roast

Step 1Place roast into a dutch oven, place veggies around the roast. sprinkle seasonings on roast and veggies. Pour your tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce over top of roast, then the can of beer. Cut pieces of butter and place around roast and veggies. Place lid on dutch oven.

Step 2Place into preheated oven of 400 degrees for one hour. Reduce oven temp to 250 degrees and cook all day.

Step 3Remove from oven arrange on a serving plate and enjoy!!
