Ingredients

3 slice
rye bread broken in pieces
3 Tbsp
milk
2 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion chopped
1
egg
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 c
ketchup
1 bottle
beer any kind
egg noodles cooked

How to Make Beer Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix rye bread with milk. Add to ground beef, then add onion,egg,salt,pepper and worcestershire sauce.
  • 2Make meatballs or patties and brown in no fat.
  • 3In clean pan add ketchup and beer; add meatballs and simmer 1/2 hour to 1 hour or until done. Serve with egg noodles.
