Ingredients
- 3 slices rye bread broken in pieces
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 bottle beer any kind
- - egg noodles cooked
How To Make beer meatballs

Step 1Mix rye bread with milk. Add to ground beef, then add onion,egg,salt,pepper and worcestershire sauce.

Step 2Make meatballs or patties and brown in no fat.

Step 3In clean pan add ketchup and beer; add meatballs and simmer 1/2 hour to 1 hour or until done. Serve with egg noodles.
