Ingredients For beer meatballs

3 lbground beef

1 lgonion, chopped
-
1/2 citalian bread crumbs

3 x lgeggs
-
2 bottlebeer
-
1 - 6 oz canspicy v-8 juice

2 tsplemon juice
-
1 tsptabasco
-
salt & pepper, to taste
-
1 lg bottleketchup
-
2 Tbsphorseradish, prepared (not creamy)

2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
How To Make beer meatballs

1Line crock pot with Reynolds Slow Cooker liner.

2Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup onions, Italian bread crumbs, eggs. Make the mixture into small meatballs. Place meatballs into crock pot.

3In saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes.

4Pour sauce over meatballs in the crock pot. The sauce should cover the meat. Allow to simmer in crock pot for at least 8 - 10 hours on LOW.
