Ingredients
- 4 1/2 pounds beef back ribs cut into 2 rib portions
- 1/ teaspoon each salt and pepper2
- 2 bottles beer {stout}
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons prepered horseradish
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
How To Make beer glazed beef ribs

Step 1Rub ribs with salt and pepper and place meaty side down in roasting pan, add beer, onion and garlic, cover and braise in 325F oven for 1 and 1/4 hours or easily pierced.

Step 2Transfer ribs to large plate.,strain juice and discard onion..pour one and one-half cups liquid into saucepan, whisk in brown sugar, tomato paste. horseradish, mustard and worcestershire sauce, bring to boil and whisk occasionally, cook until thickened and reduced to 1 cup about 15 minutes.

Step 3Place on pan and retorn to 375F oven and brush ribs with sauce on both sides for about 10 to 15 minutes each side...If using BBQ, grease grill and place ribs on grill and brush both sides with the sauce and cook for about 12 minutes about 10 minutes each side. serve with salad and garlic bread.
