chuck roast
1 large
onion, thinly sliced
1 pkg
italian dressing seasoning
15 oz
can mushroom pieces
1 bottle
dark beer
your favorite slice of cheese

How to Make Beer Beef


  • 1Line casserole pan with aluminum foil; place roast in pan, top with thinly sliced onions, sprinkle Italian dressing on top.
  • 2Distribute mushroom pieces on top.
  • 3Pour beer on top then cover with aluminum foil.
  • 4Cook at 250 for 12 + hours then shred the meat.
  • 5Place cheese on each piece of hoagie bun and then top with meat.
  • 6Melt for 30 seconds in microwave.
