Ingredients
- 3 pounds chuck roast
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 package italian dressing seasoning
- 15 ounces can mushroom pieces
- 1 bottle dark beer
- - your favorite slice of cheese
How To Make beer beef

Step 1Line casserole pan with aluminum foil; place roast in pan, top with thinly sliced onions, sprinkle Italian dressing on top.

Step 2Distribute mushroom pieces on top.

Step 3Pour beer on top then cover with aluminum foil.

Step 4Cook at 250 for 12 + hours then shred the meat.

Step 5Place cheese on each piece of hoagie bun and then top with meat.

Step 6Melt for 30 seconds in microwave.
