    chuck roast
  • 1 large
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkg
    italian dressing seasoning
  • 15 oz
    can mushroom pieces
  • 1 bottle
    dark beer
  • ·
    your favorite slice of cheese

How to Make Beer Beef


  1. Line casserole pan with aluminum foil; place roast in pan, top with thinly sliced onions, sprinkle Italian dressing on top.
  2. Distribute mushroom pieces on top.
  3. Pour beer on top then cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Cook at 250 for 12 + hours then shred the meat.
  5. Place cheese on each piece of hoagie bun and then top with meat.
  6. Melt for 30 seconds in microwave.
