Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chuck roast
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 package italian dressing seasoning
  • 15 ounces can mushroom pieces
  • 1 bottle dark beer
  • - your favorite slice of cheese

How To Make beer beef

  • Step 1
    Line casserole pan with aluminum foil; place roast in pan, top with thinly sliced onions, sprinkle Italian dressing on top.
  • Step 2
    Distribute mushroom pieces on top.
  • Step 3
    Pour beer on top then cover with aluminum foil.
  • Step 4
    Cook at 250 for 12 + hours then shred the meat.
  • Step 5
    Place cheese on each piece of hoagie bun and then top with meat.
  • Step 6
    Melt for 30 seconds in microwave.
