- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup each ketchup and beer
- 4 tablespoons each sugar, apple cider vinegar, and worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon oil

How To Make beer bbq glazed meatballs

Step 1Place oil in pan and saute the onions and garlic until softened. Add to ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Roll into balls. Brown the meatballs on all sides and add them to a crock pot.

Step 2Mix the ketchup, beer, sugar, vinegar, and worcestershire sauce together and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs in crock and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
