Beer BBQ Glazed Meatballs
1 lblean ground beef
1 ceach ketchup and beer
4 Tbspeach sugar, apple cider vinegar, and worcestershire sauce
1 smallonion minced
4 clovegarlic minced
·salt and pepper
How to Make Beer BBQ Glazed Meatballs
- Place oil in pan and saute the onions and garlic until softened. Add to ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Roll into balls. Brown the meatballs on all sides and add them to a crock pot.
- Mix the ketchup, beer, sugar, vinegar, and worcestershire sauce together and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs in crock and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
