These are always gobbled right up when I serve them at parties and holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup each ketchup and beer
  • 4 tablespoons each sugar, apple cider vinegar, and worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make beer bbq glazed meatballs

  • Step 1
    Place oil in pan and saute the onions and garlic until softened. Add to ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Roll into balls. Brown the meatballs on all sides and add them to a crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Mix the ketchup, beer, sugar, vinegar, and worcestershire sauce together and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs in crock and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
