Ingredients For beegee's best meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    green pepper (diced)
  • 1 md
    onion (diced)
  • 1 stick
    celery (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 6oz box
    chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 2
    eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    mccormick meat loaf seasoning mix

How To Make beegee's best meatloaf

    In a skillet, add butter, green pepper, onion, and celery. Saute' until onion is "glossy".

    In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, brown sugar, eggs, milk, stuffing mix, and sauteed onion mixture. Mix well until blended.

    Add Seasoning Mix. Mix well again. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in a 9x5inch baking dish. Bake in a 375 F oven 1 hour or until cooked through
