6oz boxchicken flavored stuffing mix

2eggs (lightly beaten)

1/2 cmilk

1 pkgmccormick meat loaf seasoning mix
How To Make beegee's best meatloaf

1In a skillet, add butter, green pepper, onion, and celery. Saute' until onion is "glossy".

2In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, brown sugar, eggs, milk, stuffing mix, and sauteed onion mixture. Mix well until blended.

3Add Seasoning Mix. Mix well again. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in a 9x5inch baking dish. Bake in a 375 F oven 1 hour or until cooked through
