Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 medium
green pepper (diced)
1 medium
onion (diced)
1 stick
celery (diced)
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
6oz box
chicken flavored stuffing mix
2
eggs (lightly beaten)
1/2 c
milk
1 pkg
mccormick meat loaf seasoning mix

Step-By-Step

1In a skillet, add butter, green pepper, onion, and celery. Saute' until onion is "glossy".
2In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, brown sugar, eggs, milk, stuffing mix, and sauteed onion mixture. Mix well until blended.
3Add Seasoning Mix.
Mix well again.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in a 9x5inch baking dish.
Bake in a 375 F oven 1 hour or until cooked through
