Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper (diced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 stick celery (diced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6oz boxes chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 2 - eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package mccormick meat loaf seasoning mix
How To Make beegee's best meatloaf

Step 1In a skillet, add butter, green pepper, onion, and celery. Saute' until onion is "glossy".

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, brown sugar, eggs, milk, stuffing mix, and sauteed onion mixture. Mix well until blended.

Step 3Add Seasoning Mix. Mix well again. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in a 9x5inch baking dish. Bake in a 375 F oven 1 hour or until cooked through
