Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1.5 cups long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans water
How To Make beefy rice casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.

Step 2Put in greased 2 quart casserole.

Step 3Add rice.

Step 4Combine soups in mixing bowl; gradually stir in water until blended and smooth.

Step 5Pour over rice.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or unti liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.

Step 7Makes 6 - 8 servings.
