Ingredients For beefy noodles

  • 2 lb
    beef stew cubes
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 lg
    onion, sliced
  • 8 oz
    fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 3 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    frozen english peas
  • 1 lb
    egg noodles, cooked

How To Make beefy noodles

  • 1
    Layer stew cubes in the bottom of 7 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Next layer onions and mushrooms on top. Cover with cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

    Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add in English peas at the end of cooking, drain together. Serve beef & sauce over noodles.
