Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen english peas
- 1 pound egg noodles, cooked
How To Make beefy noodles

Step 1Layer stew cubes in the bottom of 7 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Next layer onions and mushrooms on top. Cover with cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Step 2Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add in English peas at the end of cooking, drain together. Serve beef & sauce over noodles.
