This is an old stand by recipe for my family. It can be put together and on the table in no time. It tastes good and is a very comforting food.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef, cooked and drained.
1 small
yellow onion, diced
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
milk
1 c
sour cream, optional
16oz
egg noodles, cooked and drained

How to Make Beefy Noodle Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook onions with the ground beef until tender and beef is no longer pink, drain and return to pan.
  • 2Add cooked and drained egg noodles, soup and milk to the beef and onions, stir well and heat over medium heat until heated through.
  • 3Add sour cream just before serving.
