Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained.
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream, optional
- 16oz - egg noodles, cooked and drained
How To Make beefy noodle casserole

Step 1Cook onions with the ground beef until tender and beef is no longer pink, drain and return to pan.

Step 2Add cooked and drained egg noodles, soup and milk to the beef and onions, stir well and heat over medium heat until heated through.

Step 3Add sour cream just before serving.
