if you really love nachos,so i create this casserole recipe,it filled with beef,jalapenos and more cheese.

1 3/4 ccrushed tortilla chips,divided

2 jarprocessed cheese spread
-
2 cfat-free sour cream
-
1 csliced jalapeno peppers
-
1red onion,diced
-
1 pkg(30 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes,thawed

1 cshredded sharp-cheddar cheese
-
3/4 cshredded monterey jack cheese
-
3/4 cshredded swiss cheese

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 cchili sauce
-
1/4 cpacked brown sugar
-
2 tspseasoned pepper
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspcrushed red pepper

1/2 cshredded white cheddar cheese
How To Make beefy nachos casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place 1 cup crushed tortilla chips on greased 3-qt baking dish.

2In a large bowl,combine cheese spread,sour cream, jalapeno peppers and red onion.Stir in potatoes and cheeses;transfer to the baking dish.

3In a large skillet,cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink;drain.Stir in chili sauce,brown sugar and seasonings;spread over the potatoes.Sprinkle with remaining crushed tortilla chips and shredded white cheddar cheese over the top.Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
