1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place 1 cup crushed tortilla chips on greased 3-qt baking dish.
2In a large bowl,combine cheese spread,sour cream,
jalapeno peppers and red onion.Stir in potatoes and cheeses;transfer
to the baking dish.
3In a large skillet,cook beef over medium heat until no
longer pink;drain.Stir in chili sauce,brown sugar and
seasonings;spread over the potatoes.Sprinkle with
remaining crushed tortilla chips and shredded white cheddar cheese over the top.Bake,uncovered,at 350
degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
