create this casserole recipe,it filled with beef,jalapenos and more cheese.

crushed tortilla chips,divided

(30 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes,thawed

shredded monterey jack cheese

shredded swiss cheese

ground beef

chili sauce
1/4 c
packed brown sugar
2 tsp
seasoned pepper
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
crushed red pepper
1/2 c
shredded white cheddar cheese

How to Make Beefy Nachos Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place 1 cup crushed tortilla chips on greased 3-qt baking dish.
  • 2In a large bowl,combine cheese spread,sour cream,
    jalapeno peppers and red onion.Stir in potatoes and cheeses;transfer
    to the baking dish.
  • 3In a large skillet,cook beef over medium heat until no
    longer pink;drain.Stir in chili sauce,brown sugar and
    seasonings;spread over the potatoes.Sprinkle with
    remaining crushed tortilla chips and shredded white cheddar cheese over the top.Bake,uncovered,at 350
    degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
