Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 4 cups frozen southwest style hash browns, thawed
- 1 can 14 1/2 oz, cut green beans, drained
- 1 can 10 3/4 oz, cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 can 2.8 oz, french fried onions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain.

Step 2In a greased 13x9x2 baking dish, layer beef mixture, beans, and hash browns. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, and water. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with onions and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 35 minutes or until browned.
