After a long day, this dish is easy to put together and get in the oven quickly! And it's very yummy too! I serve it with a side salad and cottage cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 4 cups frozen southwest style hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can 14 1/2 oz, cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can 10 3/4 oz, cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can 2.8 oz, french fried onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make beefy hash brown supper

  • Step 1
    In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain.
  • Step 2
    In a greased 13x9x2 baking dish, layer beef mixture, beans, and hash browns. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, and water. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with onions and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 35 minutes or until browned.
